Delivery

All our orders are shipped by carefully selected carriers who are accustomed to exceptional deliveries. These orders are fully insured during transport and require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.

In case of a problem concerning your order, please contact our customer service by email, customerservice@jean-rousseau.com.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the carrier information as well as your tracking number.

Due to current international legislation, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to private addresses in the Russian Federation.

All customized and bespoke orders require a special quote, delivery times may vary depending on the chosen material and the complexity of the product to make.
