Comment avez-vous d\u00e9couvert Jean Rousseau ? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il y a cinq ans, je suis venu \u00e0 New York \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un bracelet de montre sur-mesure\u2026 avec l\u2019intention de me rapprocher d\u2019une autre marque fran\u00e7aise. \u00c7a s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 impossible pour plusieurs raisons et je me suis donc balad\u00e9 pendant trois ou quatre heures dans la ville en me rendant dans plusieurs boutiques de montres. Dans une enseigne suisse, quelqu\u2019un m\u2019a demand\u00e9 si j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu parler de Jean Rousseau. \u00c7a n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas. Je me suis alors rendu dans la boutique Jean Rousseau sur Madison Avenue et j\u2019y ai achet\u00e9 mon premier bracelet ce jour-l\u00e0. Notre partenariat a commenc\u00e9 trois mois plus tard et il me ravit toujours autant aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. En quoi Jean Rousseau est-il un partenaire de qualit\u00e9 quand il s\u2019agit de fabrication sur-mesure ? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le service client est formidable, mais je r\u00e9pondrais avant tout la qualit\u00e9 et la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir le choix. Lorsque j\u2019ai achet\u00e9 ce premier bracelet, on m\u2019a propos\u00e9 dix ou douze options. Et il y en avait des centaines au d\u00e9part\u00a0! Mais apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9cout\u00e9 ce que je voulais, j\u2019avais encore dix options devant moi.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le processus de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un objet sur-mesure exige non seulement des interactions humaines nombreuses, mais des interactions de grande qualit\u00e9. Or je pense que l\u2019entreprise Jean Rousseau repose pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre leurs clients. Cinq ans plus tard, je porte encore ce bracelet de montre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Lorsque vous imaginez un nouveau bracelet pour Theo &amp; Harris, quelles sont vos exigences ? Comment la Maison Jean Rousseau y r\u00e9pond-t-elle ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque je pense \u00e0 un nouveau bracelet, je veux d\u2019abord que le produit soit excitant. Je veux que les couleurs soient dynamiques et uniques. Je veux que le mod\u00e8le soit diff\u00e9rent. Bien s\u00fbr, je consid\u00e8re la qualit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 du produit comme acquises. Depuis trois ans, mon partenariat avec Jean Rousseau repose sur la collaboration. Comme je ne suis un expert ni en design ni en fabrication de montre, je n\u2019ai pu faire mon m\u00e9tier que parce que Jean Rousseau excelle dans le sien. Lorsque les gens ach\u00e8tent l\u2019un de mes bracelets, ils pensent acheter un bracelet Theo &amp; Harris. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ils ach\u00e8tent un bracelet Jean Rousseau que j\u2019ai contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 rendre possible.
